About Me

I'm David — but most people just call me Dave.

Utah-born, Argentina-shaped, Tec de Monterrey-educated, and twenty years deep into helping families find the right house in this state. I'm a dad first, a realtor second, and a fitness guy on the side — early-morning runs in Farmington, a round at Oakridge with my kids, evenings on the trails behind our house.

I left Utah a kid who'd never been out of the country. I came home two years later with fluent Spanish, a deep respect for people who have less, and a story I still tell my own kids. 🌊Iguassu Falls — the day I arrived in Argentina. I had never seen anything that big or that loud. Two years later I'd walk away with fluent Spanish, a different sense of what 'hard' means, and a stack of stories my kids still ask me to retell.
