I'm David — but most people just call me Dave.
Utah-born, Argentina-shaped, Tec de Monterrey-educated, and twenty years deep into helping families find the right house in this state. I'm a dad first, a realtor second, and a fitness guy on the side — early-morning runs in Farmington, a round at Oakridge with my kids, evenings on the trails behind our house.

Two years that gave me Spanish, taught me patience, and shaped how I do real estate today.
I left Utah a kid who'd never been out of the country. I came home two years later with fluent Spanish, a deep respect for people who have less, and a story I still tell my own kids.
